Irish Ferries operate a ferry service from Pembroke Dock to Rosslare in southern Ireland. The ferry runs twice a day in the early afternoon and the early hours of the morning.
The South Pembrokeshire Golf Club occupies a superb location above Pembroke Dock with fine views over The Milford Haven waterway.
In the neighbouring town of Pembroke, you can find the charming Pembroke Castle. This castle is idyllically set on the banks of the river estuary. This mighty fortress is largely intact, and its endless passages, tunnels and stairways are great fun to explore. Views from the top are tremendous and the castle’s natural defensive position on a rocky promontory overlooking Milford Haven is immediately apparent. Many fantastic films have been filmed at this castle like ‘Me Before You’.
