The village is on the northern bank of Milford Haven. There’s a bar, restaurant and chandlery at the Marina. Away from the marina there are several pubs in the town as well as a small shop and several takeaways.

Sailing is a particular favourite here and you will find a yacht club on the northern part of the Cleddau River. The Cleddau Bridge spans the river and provides a link between Neyland Beach and Pembroke Dock. Another key attraction at Neyland Slip is the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is nearby. The popular Brunel Trails runs from the marina to Haverfordwest taking you on scenic, off-road paths through the Pembrokeshire Coastal National Park.
