Penally holiday cottages

Here are our cottages in Penally and the surrounding area. Staying in one of our holiday cottages in Penally near Tenby you are near the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and within reach of the many attractions of the area. Penally beach is an extension of Tenby South Beach, but it has a character of its own. Sheltered from the wind by Giltar Point, it is sand and shingle backed by dunes. You can park at Penally station and walk across the dunes although the path can be closed as it crosses a rifle range. The beach has a Seaside Award (Rural) and Green Coast Award 2014.

Have a trip to Tenby to stock up with groceries for your self catering in Penally or take advantage of the three village pubs. There are two with lovely views - The Cross Inn and Crown Inn. Both serve food and real ales and are dog-friendly.

The village has an interesting history: in the 19th Century, it was a busy port and shipbuilding centre, it also had limestone quarries, a brickworks and around nine lime kilns.
