Unusual Holiday Cottages

Peruse our list of unusual holiday cottages to find accommodation with a difference. If you like to stick with solid stone walls, choose one of our ancient cottages including one with a thatched roof. Alternatively, if it’s something more wacky you’re after then we have a selection of yurts as well as a gypsy caravan, an old circus wagon, or even an old hippy van - all meticulously renovated and furnished with flair.

As you’ll see, unusual cottages in Wales are not always ‘cottages’ in the strict sense of the word; they’re an imaginative selection of unique self catering lodgings with walls of wood, tin and canvas and they’re often set in secluded countryside with access to glorious walks, bike trails and other rural pursuits.
