Linda paints in either acrylic or oils, often on textured surfaces which may include the addition of plaster, sand, cloth or even feathers to the painting surface. The landscape is Linda’s inspiration and the emotional approach reflected in her work shows the influence of her surroundings.
Over the past years thousands of visitors have enjoyed the gallery which exhibits a rich selection of Linda’s work, from paintings and prints to beautiful jewellery – each item of jewellery is inspired by an aspect of landscape, be it leaves, shells, lichens or rock and wood textures. Each piece of Linda’s work is evocative of the emotional and inspirational space of Pembrokeshire.
The studio and gallery space was converted from the old bakery in the village of Maenclochog in the Preseli Hills. Children are welcome in the gallery where there are toys and a playground opposite to play in.
Linda also runs Painting Courses and Glass Days, details of which may be found by phoning or looking at the website.
