Bluestone Brewing is a family run brewery tucked away in rural North Pembrokeshire, Wales. We brew our ales from big bold ingredients in the rough and rocky foothills of the Bluestone mountains to create a quality beer that’s big on flavour and big on attitude.
We use sustainable brewing techniques to brew our wide range of beers using Welsh water, straight from the Preseli Hills. We collect our water from a well on our land, which then goes straight into our beer without filtering; there’s no need when the water is crystal clear! This is why our craft beers champion over others and we feel it adds a certain quality to our Welsh beers.
Our Brewery is situated on the working family farm, Tyriet. We take pride in the fact that our brewery is incredibly environmentally friendly. All of the bi-products from brewing are re-used on the farm or fed back to our animals. The water that we use to make our beer comes from our own well and we even generate our own solar power!
You are more than welcome to come and join us at the Brewery, we love having visitors. We have a taproom and bottle shop, so pop in and enjoy a drink or take some bottles away with you. Check our opening hours before you make a special trip out to us: we don’t want you to be disappointed when you get here. We would advise checking our Facebook page for any last minute changes!
We do allow your well-behaved furry friends and children at the brewery. All we ask is that you remember that the Brewery is on a working farm. So, please ensure that your children are supervised at all times and make sure that your dogs are on short leads.
