Pre-arrival

• The nearest train stations are Carmarthen (28 miles) and Aberystwyth. The nearest bus stop is just under 0.5 miles in Tresaith village

Arrival and car parking

• The approach to the property is by a tarmac driveway off a country lane with a relatively tight turn when approaching from one direction and down a steep driveway to the parking area
• There is parking for two medium sized cars
• There are two steps down (20cm rise each) from the parking area to the main entrance, which has a slightly raised door sill and double doors 1m wide, into the porch with movable door mat and tiled floor

Inside

• From the porch you enter the upper hallway via the internal front door -72cm – and 7cm step up
• Bedrooms 1 and 2 are accessed from the upper hallway, opposite the internal front door, via a 28cm step with handrail
• Bedroom 1 – accessed via 74cm door, carpeted floor. Zip and link bed, giving either a super king or twin beds.
