Wisemans Bridge is linked to Saundersfoot by a series of three tunnels through which a narrow gauge railway once travelled carrying coal from the local mines to Saundersfoot Harbour. Wisemans Bridge beach is a wide but rocky foreshore backed by a pebble bank. There is a charming pub with a fantastic beer garden on the beach front, ideal to unwind and relax after wandering the pebbled beach.
It is possible to walk all the way to Amroth or Saundersfoot along Wisemans Bridge beach during a very low tide. Saundersfoot is a large seaside village with a wide array of independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants for to you indulge in.
