With stunning views towards the coast, this luxury farmhouse is off the beaten track yet within easy reach of beautiful beaches, the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the city of St Davids. The perfect rural retreat, Y Wern is surrounded by undisturbed heathland and has been carefully restored to a very high standard, retaining much of its original character and features, including a cosy beamed sitting room.
The tiny city of St Davids, less than 10 minutes away, is renowned for its stunning cathedral, interesting shops and variety of eating places. Boat trips to see dolphins, whales and the wildlife on the offshore islands are very popular.
The nearest sandy beach to Y Wern is Abereiddy (6 minutes) while Whitesands and the other beaches of St Brides Bay lie to the south. The quiet country lanes of Pembrokeshire are perfect for walking and cycling as well as scenic drives to Tenby and Saundersfoot.
Y Wern is one of two holiday cottages at Wern Farm. The other, Ty Gwennol, sleeps two and makes an ideal romantic getaway. Both of our cottages are popular with walkers, birdwatchers and those wanting to get away from it all and we are proud to have many returning visitors.
Y Wern sleeps 6 plus cot in 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 2 singles.

Bedroom 4: raised single bed (not suitable for very young children)

Sitting room: log burner, TV, DVD, music system, selection of books, DVDs and games
Dining room: large oak dining table seating up to 8
Kitchen: gas hob, fan assisted oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine
Large enclosed garden planted with a selection of mature shrubs and trees, providing an ideal safe play area for children. Equipped with 2 benches, table and chairs, and large barbeque. Secure storage for bikes and walking/sports equipment. A selection of bikes, body boards and garden toys are available for guests. Off road parking for 3 cars.
