From its slightly elevated position in Borth, the apartment at Y Fron enjoys wonderful views over Cardigan Bay, Borth village, Cors Fochno and the Dyfi Estuary to the southern fringe of the Snowdonia National Park. To the rear is a private, sun-trap patio which is very sheltered and to the front a terrace for admiring the view and maybe spotting the Cardigan Bay dolphins.

The long beach is less than two minutes stroll from the apartment and stretches for three miles to the Dyfi Estuary and the sand dunes at Ynyslas Nature Reserve, whilst the hills behind the house and the coast path to Aberystwyth offer more energetic walking. Red Kites are often seen over the house and you may catch sight of the local ospreys if you are very lucky.

The apartment at Y Fron has a separate entrance and its own garden, although you are welcome to enjoy any of the garden seating areas. Y Fron is situated along a quiet lane, there is no traffic noise to spoil the peace.

The apartment is light, bright and spacious and fully equipped.

Y Fron sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. The accommodation is all on the ground floor.
