“This is our second visit to the cottage and, like last time, it didn’t disappoint. We had a wonderful stay in Y Cartws. It’s so cosy, peaceful and homely. Our girls (4 and 8 years old) loved feeding and stroking the resident donkeys on the farm and Glenda and her lovely extended family were the perfect hosts. There are lovely walks in the immediate area and such a variety of activities to do in the surrounding area. In our week stay we’ve seen the seal pups on Ramsey Island, kayaked on the river Teifi, body boarded at the many beautiful nearby beaches, crabbed at Saint Dogmaels and experienced Celtic life at the local Iron Age Fort. We look forward to making more memories next year!”Feedback - Aug 2019

“We had a wonderful stay in Y Cartws with our two children aged 7 and 3 years and it was a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. Among many outings we body boarded in Mwnt, Tresaith beach and New Quay, we kayaked on the River Teifi and even rode the Rheidol Valley Steam Train from Aberystwyth. So much to do, such little time. It was home from home and very cosy. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We loved exploring the fields surrounding the farm and feeding Marley and Molly (the resident donkeys) daily carrots. We look forward to visiting again!”Feedback - Aug 2018
