Pre-arrival:
• Buses run along coast road the A487 at regular intervals

• Depending on network provider most mobile networks work fine, the cottage has super thick walls so may need to rest phone in window at times.

• Tesco delivers. Londis shop and garage 3 miles down coast road

Arrival and car parking:
• Distance from unloading and parking areas to cottage door
• Parking right next to cottage hard-standing and concreted pathways
• Outside lights

Eco-friendly features:
• Solar panels for hot water
• Solar panels for electric
• Log burner. Logs supplied mostly from the woodland we planted so as we could coppice and create fuel supply moving more towards self sufficiency
• Producing eggs and seasonal veggies available to purchase

Other information:
• Enter the cottage from a hard-standing parking space along a concrete path
• Enter the kitchen, kitchen dining and downstairs washroom and bedroom all on same level with tiled floor
• All open plan, a light airy gallery space, all natural wood and stone, well lit, a wonderful communal space, the living room is below and has a wooden balustrade separating the space
• The log fire warms everywhere with ease
• Steps down into living room onto a wooden floor, patio doors out onto closed in patio area where hot tub is located and a table and chairs
• Patio is small but secure
• To exercise dogs, livestock may be in fields, you can then walk on farm and surrounding country lanes etc
• Children can explore the farm and see the animals under supervision
• Log burner in room on end wall, fire guard provided if needed
• Flat screen TV with Sky Freeview
