“Winganna Cottage is incredibly well-equipped, with plenty of everything in the kitchen, a washing machine, excellent shower etc. (There's no dishwasher but that wasn't a problem!) It's a pity there is no garden or yard to use. However, the village is so quiet I often sat on the doorstep to get some fresh air and read. The owner was extremely helpful when we discovered I'd left something behind, promptly sending it on by recorded delivery. Easy walk to the coastal path and handy for Dale, Marloes and Milford Haven. Sadly, the nearby pub was closed and up for sale. Hopefully, someone will take it on soon. We can recommend Winganna for a quiet and comfortable holiday in Pembrokeshire.”

“Winganna is very well located for walking the Wales coast path, in fact the path is only about half a mile away. It was extremely clean and well-equipped. Communications with Angela were first rate and we greatly appreciated the welcome gifts of milk and welsh cakes. On road parking was not a problem. It was a pity that the pub had closed in the village, but we found other welcoming pubs a short drive away.”

“The cottage was amazing. I couldn't fault it. There was so much stuff to use, often this is lacking, for example, there were 4 whisks of different sizes, hair straighteners loads of towels, 2 kitchen rolls, foil, loads of crockery and cutlery, continuous hot water, a huge downstairs bedroom, loads of cupboard space.
The beds were all comfy and so were the settees. Easy parking right outside which was always available. A definite cottage to rent at a very reasonable price.”

“What a fabulous gem!! This cottage was immaculately clean, decorated and well-equipped with everything you need to feel at home. On arrival, Angela, the owner, left us a lovely welcome pack of Welsh cakes, milk, coffee, tea and even hot chocolates for the kids.

Angela was also extremely kind to post us back my daughter's irreplaceable two teddies and husband's PJ left behind. We highly recommend staying at Winganna not only for the location but also for the excellent service and care provided by Angela. We will certainly be going back in the near future.”

“If it is peace and tranquillity you are after, then this is the place. You can hear a pin drop outside in the village most of the time. It is also a wonderful base for visiting Skomer Island to see the puffins and other wildlife. It is only a gentle 20 minute drive to Martins Haven. But, be aware, if you want to be assured of a place on a boat, do as we did...get up early and get there by 7am!”

“Very well-equipped cottage, thank you. We had a lovely week, even the weather was pretty good. We went to Druidston Haven, Marloes Sands and Lindsway Bay which are all lovely beaches. We also took a boat trip round Skomer Island and walked round Wooltack Point, saw lots of seals in the coves. Visited St Ishmaels Church and Monks Haven. Went to St Davids for the day. Oh! and thanks for the Welsh Cakes - nice touch.”
