Cenarth to Newcastle Emlyn

Linear walk which follows course of the glorious River Teifi. There are many buses (see our Walks in Ceredigion page for link) to take you back to start point. Park whichever end you choose. Mostly gentle walking with just a couple of fairly steep sections.
