Ty Opa is a stylish holiday home, situated down a quiet track, in the beautiful village of Tresaith, Ceredigion. The property has wonderful views of the countryside, an abundance of wildlife in the garden and is a stargazer’s paradise at night. It is only a twelve-minute walk to the village and its sheltered sandy bay.
Tresaith is named after the River Saith which cascades as a waterfall over the cliffs on to the beach. Here you will find the fantastic Ship Inn public house with a beer garden where you can sit and watch the glorious sunset over Cardigan Bay or enjoy a fantastic pub lunch. There is also a gift shop and café where you can rent kayaks during the summer months.
The Ceredigion Coastal Path, which stretches either side of Tresaith, is a short walk away. Here you can try and spot the famous bottlenose dolphins and seals that swim in the bay. Tresaith is also a popular sailing location. The beach is equipped with a slipway and races can often be seen taking place during sailing season.
