Accessing the site
The nearest train stations are Carmarthen (28 miles) and Aberystwyth. The nearest bus stop is just under 0.5 miles in Tresaith village.
• The approach to the property is by a tarmac driveway off a country lane with a relatively tight turn when approaching from one direction and down a steep driveway to the parking area. There is parking for two medium sized cars.
• There are two steps down (20cm rise each) from the parking area to the main entrance, which has a slightly raised door sill and double doors 1m wide, into the porch with movable door mat and tiled floor.
• From the porch you enter the upper hallway via the internal front door -72cm - and 7cm step up.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are accessed from the upper hallway, opposite the internal front door, via a 28cm step with handrail.
Bedroom 1 - accessed via 74cm door, carpeted floor. Zip and link bed, giving either a super king or twin beds. Very spacious access on both sides of the bed. 1 wardrobe with 2 drawers at a low level, chest of drawers, bed side tables and dressing table. The room has a Velux roof window, small non-opening window overlooking rear of property and 2 internal windows that open into the upper hallway. 4 ceiling pendant lights and bedside lights. TV with remote control on chest of drawers.
From bedroom 1 there is an en suite shower room accessed through a 67cm door. Tiled floor, WC, washbasin, with a 21cm step up to 90cm quadrant shower cubicle. Velux window provides natural light. Light above mirror and central lighting.
Bedroom 2 - accessed via 74cm door, carpeted floor. Zip and link bed, giving either a super king or twin beds. 1 wardrobe with 2 drawers at a low level, chest of drawers, bed side tables and dressing table. Leading up from the patio is a single 14cm step onto wood decking, taking you into the kitchen via the rear door and then 4 steps, 14cm each up to a raised decking area (approx. 5m x 2.5m) and into the lounge via wide bifold doors, with raised door sill.
