Ty Broc is a beautiful split-level house just 300m away from Aberporth beach. Perfectly positioned, this is an ideal location for a family holiday just yards away from 2 glorious sandy beaches based in a beautiful bay. Aberporth is a firm favourite holiday destination.

Bottlenose dolphins are seen close to shore and harbour porpoises have also been spotted. Sunfish and basking sharks are frequent offshore visitors in summer.

Aberporth became the first village in Wales to become ‘plastic-free’ with businesses and residents contributing to the campaign. Village amenities include 1 public house/restaurant, cafés, Indian takeaway, a convenience store, a chemist, a gift shop and a Post Office.

Take the Ceredigion Coast Path from the village and try and spot the wildlife from the headland.

Just a 10-minute drive away is the historic town of Cardigan with its restored award-winning castle and plenty of shops, places to eat and a cinema. Further north you can venture to New Quay or Aberaeron and sample the delights Ceredigion has to offer.

Ty Broc is a perfect base to enjoy West Wales.
