Trem y don 2 is one of two self-contained cottages converted from a stone built, former Sea Captain’s house in Llangrannog, Ceredigion. In an enviable position just a few steps from the beach, it provides the ideal base for a family holiday or for walkers, with direct access to Ceredigion Coast Path.

The cottage has modern facilities whilst retaining traditional features including a stone fireplace and cosy wood burner and being so close to the beach means you can wake up to the sound of the ocean, relax in a window seat overlooking the sea, or sit outside having drinks overlooking the beach.

Trem y Don 2 is close to Llangrannog village facilities including a pub, cafés and pizza takeaway. The local bus service, Cardi Bach, runs to all beaches between Cardigan to Newcastle Emlyn daily, collecting/dropping off in Llangrannog twice a day, ideal for walking the coastal path to or from the village.

Walk to the long sandy beach and café at Penbryn or to the village and beach at Tresaith. A short drive away, New Quay offers water sports and dolphin spotting boat trips.

The Georgian town of Aberaeron is further north and Cardigan, only 12 miles away, has supermarkets, pubs, cafés, independent shops, and galleries. Further afield walkers can explore the unspoiled scenery of the Preseli Hills and Cambrian Mountains.

There is an area to the front overlooking the beach with outdoor chairs provided (stored at the rear of the cottage). You can walk to local pubs, cafés and the local shop within 2 minutes. Off-road parking for one car within a 5-minute walk from the cottage.
