North Beach is a long, sheltered and safe beach with golden sand and the pinnacle of Goskar rock sticking out in the middle. The view along the beach towards Tenby harbour is one of the most photographed views in Wales. The beach is overlooked by Tenby town and promenade and has lovely views over Carmarthen bay.
Easy access from North Cliff or through the Harbour and the close proximity of shops, cafes and restaurants in Tenby make this a popular family beach in summer. Boat hire, deck chair hire and a Tourist Information Centre are all nearby.
The annual Boxing Day swim takes place on North Beach.
