Lydstep is a small village in south Pembrokeshire between Tenby and Manorbier. The beach is sand and shingle with wooded cliffs at each end, caves and dramatic views towards Caldey Island. At the north end of the beach, there is a small sandy area exposed at low tide.
There is a small activity centre offering jet ski and kayak hire.
At Lydstep Haven there is no lifeguard service, so take caution when visiting.
Dog restrictions apply at the eastern end of the beach between the 1st of May & the 30th of September.
