Every Tuesday at the Coach house in St Dogmaels, a host of local producers come together to sell their wares. Choose from local cheeses and meats, home-baked cakes, 'foraged' berries and leaves, seasonal fruit and vegetables, local caught seafood and bread from the Mill in the village.
Bring a blanket and make yourself a picnic to eat in the Abbey grounds for a perfect al fresco lunch, after which, why not treat yourself to a visit to St Dogmaels Mill where you can see the flour being ground?
