Lampeter Market takes place on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month between 10am and 1pm on the University campus.
The purpose of the market is to provide an opportunity to buy local food and craft. Bread, cheese, fruit, vegetables, chutneys, jams, cakes, pork, beef, mushrooms, glass-ware, unique clothing and wood crafts are just some of the items available to purchase. At the same time giving local producers the chance to show off what is available close at hand.
We like to think we have created a friendly, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere at the market, and we have a great little café, usually some live music and other occasional attractions like book swaps, seed swaps and plant swaps.
