In 2007-2008 our Honey Marmalade, Honey & Lemon Marmalade and Honey & Ginger Ice Cream were commended by Wales the True Taste Food and Drink awards!
People since the earliest times have believed in the health value of honey. It has natural anti-bacterial qualities and is metabolised by the body much more quickly than refined sugars.
It seems an unlikely claim that one natural product can help alleviate cuts and burns, skin problems and stomach complaints, hayfever and allergies but this is what studies tell us about the natural soothing qualities and antibiotic agents found in honey.
