This cosy, one roomed studio is attached to the owners’ home on the shores of a tidal pond which is fed by the Cleddau estuary. This adult only studio has a small patio area and it’s surrounded by 2 acres of unfenced grounds, which you are welcome to explore. These comprise a mixture of lawns, woodland, wetland and marsh, ideal for bird watching, or just relaxing by the water.

Canoes and boats can be launched from the small inlet at Landshipping Quay, (subject to tidal conditions), at the bottom of the unmade track, (approx 200 metres distance) and there is a further slipway at Landshipping, less than a mile away.

There are lovely riverside walksfrom the studio, as well as a variety of sitting out areas in the pretty garden. Inside, the studio has a small open plan living area with simple, modern facilities and mezzanine bedroom above.

ACCOMMODATION

The Studio sleeps 2 in a double bedroom. The bedroom is a mezzanine accessed by alternate step stairs. There is limited headroom.

Large unfenced garden bordering tidal pond and river. Various secluded seating areas, lawns and woodland. Small courtyard area in front of studio. Driveway parking for 2 cars.
