Plas Treforgan, Llangoedmor, Cardigan, Ceredigion
Converted stables just 3 minutes from the picturesque town of Cardigan near glorious sandy beaches. Join the Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion coast paths from the town. (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom)
The Stables at Plas Treforgan, 3 minutes from Cardigan town near Cardigan Bay beaches. Set in the picturesque and extensive grounds of this beautifully restored Grade II listed Georgian Country House Estate with enchanting walled garden and summer house.
Converted from the former Stables of the main house, the cottage provides a homely yet high quality retreat. With our knowledgeable and amenable Housekeeper on site, modern amenities and the benefit of a log burning stove, the Stables provides a wonderfully peaceful location, opening onto the pretty cobbled courtyard.
We are 2 miles from Cardigan close to the meandering Teifi River and Estuary as it approaches Cardigan Bay, reaching the sea at Poppit Sands, with its huge expanse of beach and sand dunes.
With the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, Wildlife Centres and The Dylan Thomas Trail (New Quay), there are endless activities for children and adults to immerse themselves in the lifestyle and history that Ceredigion has to offer. These range from walking, golfing, fishing, canoeing, archery and bird watching to the painting, writing and photographic opportunities on your doorstep and beyond.
Whatever the weather, Plas Treforgan captures the romantic, inspiring and atmospheric nature of its surroundings, and is very well situated for exploring much more of the areas of outstanding natural beauty in West Wales.
The Stables sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 single. The accommodation is all on one level.
