The Old Forge is a spacious and luxurious converted cottage in the small village of Brongest near Cardigan Bay. The cottage has been developed with environmental sustainability in mind and has solar hot water panels and underfloor heating provided by a ground source heat pump. There are several acres of grounds with gardens, ponds and woodland, which are all work in progress and free for you to explore and enjoy.

The location provides an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Ceredigion coastline and its many picturesque sandy beaches and coves. Brongest is also only 4 miles from the historic town of Newcastle Emlyn, which has Castle ruins amongst other attractions.

Whether you want to have an active, walking and exploring holiday or simply want to get away to relax this is the ideal location for you.

The Old Forge sleeps 2 in 1 double mezzanine bedroom. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room.

OUTSIDE

There is access to both front and rear of the property. At the rear, there are several steps to negotiate, however access through the front door is on street level. You are free to use of the garden and woodland attached to the property as long as you do so in a responsible manner. Do not leave children or animals unattended as there are hazards such as the ponds. Off-road parking for 2 cars.
