Synod Isaf Barn is a stunning barn conversion with a private hot tub, just 10 minutes from the pretty harbour and sandy beaches of New Quay on Cardigan Bay. The open-plan barn is accessible for the whole family to unwind together. This luxury holiday home is set on our 100-acre working family farm with fantastic views over the surrounding farmland.
After a day of exploring the seaside town or a day on the beach, relax outside with an evening drink on the outdoor dining area. The farm is in a peaceful setting above a wooded valley with general farming activities taking place according to the time of year. There are free-range chickens, with eggs often available to guests.
The popular seaside resort of New Quay offers dolphin-spotting boat trips, water sports, and a variety of independent pubs and cafés overlooking the beautiful harbour. The Ceredigion Coast Path is one of the most popular activities in New Quay, leading to Aberaeron in the north or to Llangrannog and Aberporth in the south. Synod Isaf Barn is only 3 minutes from the road that runs the length of Cardigan Bay, so you are within easy reach of numerous sandy beaches, seaside villages and towns such as Cardigan, Aberaeron, Newcastle Emlyn. Synod Isaf Barn sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms: 2 king size rooms and 1 room with twin beds that can be arranged as a super king size. 1 king size bedroom, en suite wet room and living space is on one level; it may suit guests with restricted mobility.
