Sutherlands is a beautiful, redecorated and refurbished 4 storey holiday cottage in Tenby conveniently situated approximately 200 yards from both the sea front at The Esplanade and the historic town walls.

Tenby is one of Wales' most popular holiday resorts renowned for its clean and beautiful sandy beaches. Other attractions in Tenby include the 13th-century town walls, the 15th-century St. Mary's Church, the Tudor Merchant's House (National Trust), and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, part of Britain's only coastal National Park.

Sutherlands is ideally suited to the extended family or two families sharing. It sleeps up to 10 adults and a baby, has an enclosed rear garden and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

Accommodation

Sutherlands sleeps up to 10 in 6 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, two on the first floor and three on the second floor.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor is a double with en suite shower room with wash basin and toilet.

On the first floor, bedroom 2 has a double bed and bay window to the front and bedroom 3 has a king size bed and wash basin. There is a bathroom with bath, wash basin and toilet, a separate shower room and a separate toilet. There is also a TV with Sky Freeview.

On the second floor bedroom 4 has twin beds, bedroom 5 has a single plus a cot and bedroom 6 a single bed. There is also a bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet.

Family lounge/dining room is on the lower ground floor with dining table and chairs, TV (Sky Freeview)with video and DVD Player, iPod docking station and high chair. There is a second lounge on the ground floor with TV and Hi-fi.

The kitchen is on the lower ground floor. It has a gas oven and hob, combined fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine

Outside

There is an enclosed rear garden. Parking is in the street and space is usually available but in the summer season it may be busy during the day. It is always possible to unload near the house on double yellow lines.
