There is shared parking on a gravel area approximately 10m to 20m from the entrance to the apartment building.
There is external lighting at a low level showing the pathways.
The entrance to the building containing the apartment is to the rear of the main building. From the car park the property is accessed via one step up onto a paved area. Going through the entrance to the right down one step and then to the left going down two steps to a small courtyard. The building entrance is then to the left up a single step.
Entrance to the building is via a single width door using the access code provided. The access key pad is approximately 1m above ground level. Entry is then into a tiled communal foyer with carpeted stairs leading to the apartment on the first floor. There is lighting in the foyer and on the stairs controlled by movement sensors. The door to St Brides View is at the top of the stairs as the stairs arrive at the first floor. The key safe containing access keys to the apartment is to the left of the door. There are two locks on the door with the highest being approximately 1.5m high.
Inside the apartment, there are no steps. All floors are carpeted other than the kitchen area, bathroom and separate WC which are tiled. There is no step between the tiled kitchen area and the carpeted living/dining area. The front door opens on to a hallway with doors off to each room.
The open plan living/kitchen area has two large two seater sofas. The kitchen floor area is tiled whilst the remainder of the room is carpeted. The kitchen has standard height work tops and fittings including, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob and double built in oven. There is a dining table with four chairs and a cupboard. The living/kitchen area has two large Windows with seating. Lighting is provided by overhead light fittings and lamps.
Flat screen television operated by remote control. DVD and DAB radio/CD player also operated by remote control.
The main bedroom contains a double bed with two bedside cabinets, each with a lamp, a wardrobe and chair. The twin bedroom has two 2 foot 6 inch beds, one shared bedside cabinet, lamp and wardrobe. Both bedrooms are carpeted as is the hallway. Each bedroom has a storage heater.
The main bathroom contains a low level W.C., bath with electric shower over and sink. There also is a separate toilet with low level WC and sink.
All electrical sockets and switches are at standard heights. Doors fitted with handles. Good colour contrast between doors and walls. Audible smoke alarms fitted. Fire alarm is connected to the full building alarm system and is electrically operated.
No telephone available however, mobile phone reception is good.
Bus Service between Haverfordwest and St Davids.
The nearest railway station is Haverfordwest and is 14 miles away.
There is a taxi service available on request.
There is also a number 411 bus service from Haverfordwest station to St Davids via Solva. The stop in Solva is 15 minutes walk from the premises and is partly up a slight hill. For bus times please refer to www.bustimes.org then go to Wales>Pembrokeshire>Solva>411
The nearest shop is Bay View Stores which carries a wide variety of groceries and household items and is a 10 minute flat work away in Solva. Tesco can provide food delivery to the premises.
