“Seren y Mor is in a truly exceptional position overlooking the stunning bay of Freshwater East. Exactly as described. We were 2 couples and a dog. We loved the situation. Donna was so quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful throughout. The house was fairly well equipped. We would have liked to have some soft outdoor seating (which I understand is on order). All in all, we felt it was great value.”

“Lovely comfortable house in a good location with fantastic views of the bay. We were on holiday with our adult children, their partners and our two year old grandson. Seren y Mor was ideal for us all and has given us great holiday memories.”

“Lovely house in an excellent position overlooking the bay - it had everything we wanted. We (6 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs) had a really enjoyable week. We would certainly recommend it - we would have booked again in 2021 but it was fully booked.”

“Had planned to eat out most nights, but could not drag ourselves away from the stunning views, plus cooking in the very well equipped kitchen was so enjoyable.”

“Seren Y Mor is a fantastic property with views to die for!

It is very spacious and ideal for a large family. The children's room is one of the best we have ever experienced and the kids loved everything in there,

The walk down to the beach only takes a few minutes and surprised by the quality of the bay and the sand - ideal for all the family.

All in all we had a great week and would certainly return.”

“Just loved the position and the views. We all fell in love with Pembrokeshire and made good use of the easy access down to the beach which was perfect for dogs. We will definitely be back!”

“Seren Y Mor is a lovely and well thought out property. The fact that there were 4 bedrooms 2 with en suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom meant myself and my wife had our our private space and two of my grown up children and our grandsons also had their own private space. However, the large kitchen/diner/lounge area also allowed us to have plenty of family time together. The location was perfect and only minutes away from the sea and coastal path. Our dogs have never had it so good as we took them for walks several times each day regardless of the weather. During our stay various members of the family also visited :the local bakery, Carew Castle, Pembroke Castle, Folly Farm and Tenby Town. The objective of selecting Seren Y Mor was to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with our children and our grandsons. It did achieve our objective and speaking on behalf of all of my family, I would mark our stay at Seren Y Mor 10 out 10 and will certainly be considering returning in the future.”

“The cottages more than lived up to our expectations. My son in law on entry commented, "This has been under sold on the web". What a compliment - and well deserved. What a way to celebrate my 80th with all the family - 9 in total ! Hopefully we'll be back.”

“Amazing house with stunning views. My youngest wants us to buy it so we never have to go home.”

Feedback - Apr 2019

“The house is in a lovely setting right above the beach. We loved the views, the balcony for breakfast outdoors, the open plan layout, the well equipped kitchen and the choice of 3 bathrooms. Its proximity to the Coast path and we enjoyed wonderful walks to Manorbier, Stackpole, Barafundle and Lamphey. Public transport in the surrounding area was very good too - especially the train from Lamphey to either Pembroke or Tenby and Saundersfoot.”

“This is an absolutely stunning property, plenty of room in this large house. The view is breathtaking, the facilities more than adequate. It's always a wonderful place to take my Children and Grandchildren and my dogs think it's heaven to run on the beach. I would love to recommend this property to everyone but I think I'll keep it for myself.”

“Just had a wonderful time staying here ”

“The whole house, location, communication prior to our stay, the cleanliness of the property and the welcome box of Malteezers even down to the stack of logs & food for the birds was excellent. We would definitely recommend this holiday home. The views were stunning both of the beach and the starry night sky. We even saw some of the Leonids, on two consecutive nights. It’s big enough for an extended family or friends to have their own space to relax separately but also dine & socialise together. However, it was also great for us, as a couple, due to the stunning location. The kitchen was well supplied with delf & utensils and the provision of a slow cooker is a fantastic idea, maximising time available for walks along the beach or coastal cliff paths. Thank you to the owners for even supplying matches to light the cozy log burner.”

“Generously equipped; warm and comfortable; beautifully positioned accommodation which enabled the family to enjoy a wonderful week. The view plus the spectacular skies have to be experienced to be believed.
We were sad to depart as the week had been so perfect in every way and hope to return in the not too distant future.”

“Great spacious house and well equipped. Close to a wonderful beach and Coastal path which the family and dog thoroughly enjoyed. The walk back from the beach to the garden could be be quite steep for some but worth it . Having an early morning coffee out on the balcony listening to the birds and watching the sun come up over the Headland was truely marvellous. Had a great holiday and look forward to coming back .”

Feedback - Jun 2018

“Stunning views and a great location. We adored strolling through the dunes to the beach, it’s minutes from the house. Gorgeous.”

Feedback - May 2018

“The accommodation was perfect with every possible whim catered for! It was perfect for relaxing but there were plenty of activities you could try if so desired. There were kayaks and wet suits available to use along with body boards and buckets and spades and even a BBQ for some alfresco cooking. Children would be delighted by the vast amount of toys and games available to use inside the cottage not forgetting the treehouse and rope swing in the garden.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beautiful scenery and peaceful surroundings and the beach was only a few minutes away down through the bottom of the garden. The dogs were in doggy heaven all week in the sea and the sand dunes but the trek back up cardiac hill to the cottage as we named it was not for the faint hearted! Rest assured you can always go down to the beach in the car.
Special mention must go to St Govan's Inn where we had some beautiful meals, The Salt Cellar in Tenby for meals snacks and drinks and The Lydstep Tavern who do a wonderful Sunday Roast.
We will be back!!”

“Great home in a fantastic location.”

Feedback - May 2018

“Very well appointed property. Really nice living space. Dog friendly without the ‘doggy smell’. Great view over the bay. While attached to the sister property, no intrusion at all. Freshwater East is a quiet relaxing area, with Tenby only 10 miles away.
Missing the view and beach already...”

“Beautiful location
Excellent walking”

Feedback - Jun 2017

“We stayed with our family there were 7 plus a toddler. There was plenty of room for all of us. The view is absolutely amazing and it was a pleasure waking up to look out the window every day. The house is beautiful and in a perfect position. The beach is a very short walk through the garden and down the hill. There is plenty of room for parking (we had 4 cars) and there is plenty of storage in the garage for bikes etc. Plenty to see and do and great food in the local pub. We will hopefully stay there again in the future and it was a sad day when we had to pack up and come home. Also for the price it's the best value holiday we've had considering the house and view.”

“This is the third time we have stayed at Seren Y Mor.The location is ideal for all our family. I think actions speak louder than words.”

Feedback - May 2016

“Have stayed in many lovely properties and places in Pembrokeshire over the years, but this was by far the best location ever. A gate at the bottom of the garden gives direct access to dunes and beach,a big plus as we have 2 dogs. There were 3 generations in our party of 7 adults. This sometimes causes difficulty finding places with double bedrooms as we need minimum of 3 with one single. Many lets seem to have multiple bunks, but there are 3 good doubles here and a single bed suitable for an adult. The views over the seA and beach are amazing. Would definitely like to return next year.”

We had a very enjoyable stay. Sad to leave and hoping to return soon.”

“A stunning cottage with spectacular views. Spacious and luxurious. Has everything you could wish for. We loved our stsystem and will definitely be returning. To the owners- thank you so much we loved everything about Seren Y Mor. It certainly shines and delivers above and beyond. What a special place.”

Feedback - Dec 2015

“An amazing location and views with real wow factor. This was a home from home, an extremely well equipped house- that catered for those who wished to cook or entertain. Very warm and cosy, the wood burner was great.
The dogs loved the easy access to the beach, plus rabbits in the garden. The fisherman in our party enjoyed his beach fishing, coughing sea bass-cooked and eaten within 2 hours of landing!
Even though the week was rather stormy, we managed numerous coastal path walks. Broadhaven South beach became our favourite. For coastal views Swan lake Bay was number 1 from the top of the headland coming back from Manorbier.
Photographers paradise: "Pembrokeshire light" over the sea after a storm was spectacular, in addition to sunrises and even a sunset, not to mention the moon reflections over the sea. Star light nights from this " dark " area were superb, and even directly from our balcony.
South Pembrokeshire has loads to offer, and there are plenty of great eating out places, we enjoyed cooking at home too, having found an excellent butcher in Pembroke. Stackpole Inn was very good value.”

“Superb house with quality fittings, very well equipped and with stunning views over the bay and beyond. Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we would unreservedly recommend it.”

Feedback - Aug 2015

“We have just returned from a fantastic week at Seren y Mor. The property is amazing & the views are just stunning. We were two families of four plus one dog. We spent most of our time on the beach at Freshwater East or nearby Broad Haven. The house is well equipped for self catering families so much so we only ate out once! We had mixed weather earlier in the week, which was great for body boarding & kayaking (use of kayakes kindly provided by the Owners) then glorious sunshine too! We would definitely consider returning to this fabulous property in the future.”

“Adults, children and dog all had a fantastic holiday at this wonderful property. The house, garden and views all surpassed our expectations and we hope to return one day for another lovely holiday here. The house is extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owner was very efficient, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend this property to anybody who appreciates home comforts, beautiful views and the sound of the sea to wake up to.”

“This property was evan better than advertised, on arrival before entering the house the view of the bay through the windows was awe inspiring. Opening the door to this superb house led to a large hallway and into a large well equipped kitchen with aga size cooker, multiple fridges and freezers. A clean modern house with plenty of comfortable seating, beautiful views of the bay at each window. The perfect place to untangle frayed nerves. Each ensuite bedroom drew more gasps of awe. A really amazing house, and so near to some wonderful beaches, my favourite being Barafundle bay. Making plans to bring the family back here soon.

“Where to start..... fabulous property in an amazing location. Surpassed all our expectations more than met the needs of four generations from the 4yr old who just wanted to spend all his time on the beach to the 86yr old who wanted to spend all his time taking photographs....and trying to control the loopy lab who just wanted to chase rabbits unsuccessfully luckily). Would love to go back as a couple and stay in Stella Maris next time.”
