“For anyone wishing to visit this part of West Wales, Ty Gwyn cottages are ideal for your location, the owners make your stay welcome and give advice on where to eat and where to visit.Feedback - Oct 2020
The area is lovely and quiet with easy access ,at the top of the lane, to a main coast road giving easy routes to the west wales resorts.
Our stay was in the middle of the pandemic in 2020, with one way systems in place, but all car parks were free which made for easy access to the small villages.
Our bonus was to see the Red Kites flying above the surrounding trees.
Would visit again when virus restrictions are over, our thanks to Ian & Michael.
Anne & Norman Buck & Penny who enjoyed the beaches.”
“Perfect property, perfect location and Ian and Michael the perfect hosts - very comfy beds, spotlessly clean, absolutely everything about Seabreeze was perfect, and you can't say better than that!Feedback - Sep 2020
Wonderful walks in both directions just a few minutes stroll through a field to the coastal path. Aberearon delightful and easily walkable via the beach path just 15 minutes away with splendid restaurants - we eat at The Hive twice, with The Harbourmaster and The Cellar close runners up. Dolphins spotted a little further south twice in a week...it's the sort of place to keep returning to. Perfect!”
“Booked again for next year! Another excellent holiday. Beautiful area of Wales, amazing coastline and lovely beaches. Would highly recommend and the host's Ian and Michael are so welcoming. Can't wait for next year!”Feedback - Aug 2020
“Had a great stay at Sea Breeze. Was made to feel very welcome by owners Ian and Michael.Nell, our dog was a regular visitor popping in uninvited to their house much to their amusement. She was made very welcome. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and cosy. A most comfortable bed gave a great nights sleep. Position of propety is nice and quiet but only a 10 min walk into the lovely little town. Thankyou Ian and Michael for making us and Nell feel so welcome”Feedback - Aug 2020
“We had a lovely week staying at seabreeze, the owners were really friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. The accomodation has everything you need and was clean and tidy. The welcome pack was a nice touch too.Feedback - Jul 2020
Thanks to Ian and Michael.”
“When I read the reviews they were all so good I was sceptical. Having stayed there I can now say there were right. The accomodation was clean and well kept, well furnishes and equipt. The bed was comfy, linen and towels of good quality. Ian and Michael were very welcoming and nothing was to much trouble for them. They also gave us a lovely welcome pack. Aberearon is two minutes away by car or a ten minute walk. We were also given a key to the conservatory which was lovely to sit in on the sunny but cold days and early evenings. Absolutely loved it.”Feedback - Mar 2020
“Lovely part of the country and locals very friendly and this goes for Ian and Michael. Very hospitable and knowledgable about the local area, we got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble.Feedback - Oct 2019
The location was handy for a quick stroll into the village where there are plenty of places to have some food and a drink if needed, also a lot of the places are dog friendly, which is a bonus.
Would highly recommend staying here, it’s nice and quiet and hassle free, hopefully we will return sometime in the near future.”
“My wife and I plus our very large dog stayed at Seabreeze for a week. The welcome and continuing care was fantastic, nothing was to much trouble without being intrusive.Feedback - Sep 2019
The location is ideal for dog walkers with a large field and the coastal path on your doorstep.
We will be rebooking this lovely place. J & D Pollock”
“It is the little things in accommodation that makes the difference. The quality of those things you use daily, The courteousness of the hosts, The warmth of the welcome. This property had it all, the welcome pack had earl grey tea, the plastic bin liners had drawcords, the sheets were so soft, the duvet almost gooses down, and yes even the toilet paper was quilted, Shower so easy to use and always warm enough even the instructions to use it were on laminated paper. This property had a feel of quality and finish not unlike a 5-star hotel. But all of these things are nothing compared to the insight warmth and generosity of Ian&Michael two of the most courteous human beings I have ever met. If they even perceive you might have a problem they politely knock on the door and allay your worries or concerns. The residence is only a short walk along the beach from Aberaeron a delightful small town which had a quality of eateries to satisfy even the most discerning traveler.”Feedback - Aug 2019
“We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze. The property is ideally situated, next door to a stretch of field leading down to the beach, woods and hills directly behind it. The best of both worlds! Aberaeron town is a ten minute walk along the beachfront, or if the stones are difficult for you to navigate, it doesn't take much longer walking the road way. There is a reliable, local taxi service if walking is a problem, and it cost only £3 to the Harbour Square from the property.Feedback - Aug 2019
Michael and Ian were so welcoming and friendly. This is a great property to take your dogs to, as they are also dog lovers themselves and understand the needs of dog owners. Plenty of opportunity for your four legged friends to go on lots of lovely walks, whatever the weather.
The property was clean, well -equipped and just the right size for the two of us and our dog, Milo. We were given two keys - one to Seabreeze, the other for the Conservatory, which we were invited to make use of if we wished. On-site parking is a big added bonus. Quiet yet a stone's throw away from whatever you choose to do, we enjoyed Seabreeze very much and may well be back again for another break.”
“We had a lovely week at Seabreeze with our two dogs. Ian and Micheal were great hosts and were very helpful with recommendations of local places to eat and visit. The cottage is of a high standard and was very clean on arrival. Linen and towels were provided and new towels given to us mid week. I would recommend this cottage for anyone wanting a peaceful break in the area, perfect for two people. 10 mins walk via the coastal path into Aberaeron and very close to the sea. Thanks Ian and Michael for being great hosts. Jason, Kathy, Baxter and Sergi”Feedback - Aug 2019

“We had a great week exploring West Wales and Snowdonia used the property as a base, which was well equipped and the use of the conservatory, with keyboards for those who are musical and for star gazers, there's a telescope. It was a short walk into the little harbour town. We took our dog with us and self catered, but there are some great restaurants to eat at, Ian and Michael were the perfect host great people and Michael has some great stories from his past, thoroughly enjoyed our week away. Thank you both very much.”Feedback - Jun 2018

This was like staying on holiday with MATES, definitely going back, providing I can keep the owners hands off my dog and can keep her out of his kitchen. Magnificent break one of the best we've ever stayed in.

“Spotlessly clean, welcoming and modern layout. Ideal setting just a few minutes walk to the sea, we didn't even have to put our dog on a lead. We didn't do any real cooking but made good use of the microwave which was a happy surprise as it hadn't been mentioned in the description. The WiFi was excellent. Just a short walk along the beach to the lovely town of Aberaeron. We ate a couple times at The Cellar, where the food was of a very high standard and really delicious.Feedback - Apr 2017
