Puffins is a lovely house in the centre of Newport, an attractive seaside village on the west coast of Pembrokeshire. The village boasts many useful facilities within walking distance. There are many excellent restaurants, pubs and cafés, and there is also a supermarket, butcher, seaside clothes shop and art gallery.

The long, sandy Newport beach is a 10-minute car drive away, and the Parrog, the old harbour area, is just a short walk along the picturesque Nevern estuary.

Nearby there are many opportunities for activities such as golf, horse-riding, fishing, windsurfing and mountain biking. For those requiring more leisurely pursuits, walking and bird watching along the wonderful coastal paths of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is an unforgettable experience.

French doors lead outside to a terraced area and the sunny, pebble-style garden which is fully enclosed and very private. Equipped garden with garden chairs, a pub-style table and benches, and a BBQ. There is a summerhouse containing other chairs, parasol and body boards for children. Outside the garden is the driveway with parking for 1 car only.
