• The nearest main line train station is Aberystwyth

• Rock Street is a cul-de-sac so is not a busy road

Arrival and car parking

• Cars may be parked outside the cottage only during unloading Please park as close as possible to the white wall opposite with mirrors folded in
• After unloading, please move your car to a public car park. The one at the end of Rock Street is only 100m away, and there is also one at the top of Church Street. These are Pay and Display car parks and cost about £12.00 per week
• There is a level, smooth road to the front door, and a small cobbled area outside front door.
• There is only a short (2m) distance between the front door and the road. Although there is very little traffic on the road, please take great care, especially if you have young children
• Front door 86cm (2’10”) wide with a low threshold and no handrail
• The front of the cottage is lit by street lighting
• The key safe is located in the alleyway just inside the blue gate. The code will be sent to you prior to your holiday. Hallway
• The hallway is entered through the front door. It has a quarry tiled floor

• CAUTION steps slippery when wet. You are advised to hold handrail at all times.
