Ty Pinc is a pretty, detached house with distant views of the Pembrokeshire coast and the sea. It stands in its own grounds, in the village of St. Nicholas, some 5 miles from Fishguard. It is also wheelchair and disabled friendly with a low threshold, wheelchair accessible entrance and a downstairs bedroom with an en suite wet room.

The house is very spacious and has its own parking and garden. It features decking on the west and south sides with accessible patio doors and is just a 5 minute drive away from the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and the famous Coast Path.

The area is a favourite for walking, birdwatching, kayaking, coasteering and sightseeing, and the “Strumble Shuttle” bus service stops in the village making “round trip” walks easier to organise. Within easy driving distance are some lovely beaches such as Whitesands, Newport and Pwllgwaelod, and St. David’s Cathedral is some 12 miles away.

The property is a small holding with a livery yard for horses and holiday livery is also available, should you wish to bring your horse, too! This is quite separate from the holiday cottage, across the other side of a small paddock.

The private lane leading to Ty Pinc, Llemair consists of stone and slopes down to the property. Care should be taken negotiating the bend into the drive

There is parking for up to 3 cars at the property

Entrance via low threshold door • The low threshold doorway is located on the left of the property as you approach it. The door is single leaf, with two glass panels in the upper half.
