Stunningly positioned studio cottage that is only a few steps to the secluded beach near Clarach, 5 miles from the university town of Aberystwyth. Totally private, the property is located at the bottom of a long driveway and can be accessed by foot along the coast path. The property offers impressive views along the magical coastline of Cardigan Bay.

With easy access to the Ceredigion Coastal Path, you can enjoy walking along the path or just sit outside in the garden and take in the breath-taking scenery. There are numerous cycling routes available from the door. Just a stone’s throw away is Aberystwyth with its wonderful Arts Centre, galleries, shops, pubs and fabulous restaurants. There are also many amenities nearby in Bow St and Borth – which offers a renowned links golf course.

Take the time to visit Constitution Hill and the Cliff Railway and the Rheidol Steam Railway, Devils Bridge and the beaches at Borth or Ynyslas. Stroll along the beautiful prom at Aberystwyth or visit the ancient castle.

Studio/Bedroom 1: king size or twin beds (Please select on booking). Dining table seating 2, 2-seater sofa, chest of drawers, bedside tables, no TV so you can get away from it all.
Kitchen: domino hob, electric oven, sink, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, sea view
Wetroom: shower, toilet, wash hand basin, underfloor heating

OUTSIDE
There is a garden overlooking the sea with seating and a firepit. Parking for 2 cars.
