Special Offers

Seaview is a delightful semi-detached house in an excellent position some 200 yards from the beach at Llangrannog. Situated on the hillside overlooking this charming fishing village, the house has superb views over the beach, sea and valley.

After a day on the beach or exploring the coast, unwind in the light-filled conservatory, which leads out to the garden and outdoor seating areas, perfect for al-fresco breakfasts or evening drinks. The comfortable living room has a wood burner for cooler days.

From Seaview it is a 5-minute walk to the village, which has a pub, two cafes, an award-winning pizza takeaway and a church. Other facilities nearby include a golf course and riding stables.

Llangrannog is popular for its family-friendly sandy beaches, blue seas and wonderful views of the Cardigan Bay coastline. It is an ideal centre for bathing, boating, walking, bird watching and fishing. There are spectacular cliff and countryside walks, and from here, you join the Ceredigion Coast Path, which follows a 60 mile route from Cardigan to Borth. A short walk along the coast takes you to the spectacular Ynys Lochtyn headland or further on to the quaint hamlet of Cwm Tydu or to New Quay from where you can take a dolphin spotting boat trip. The popular beaches of Penbryn and Tresaith are nearby.

Further along the coast is the pretty Georgian town of Aberaeron and the historic town of Cardigan, which is only 10 miles away and has supermarkets, a cinema/theatre, shops, and cafes.
