Pre-arrival:

• Information about public transport and taxis – Nearest train station is Carmarthen The bus station is in Blue Street, Carmarthen – a short walk across King Morgan Bridge opposite the train station. The bus route is no 227 – bus times can be sent on request Taxi company contact number can be given on request
• In some circumstances collection / drop off can be made by prior arrangement from the train or bus station. Charges may apply
• Mobile phone reception EE provides the strongest signal in this area.
• Internet access Free wifi is provided in Seabank 
• Grocery deliveries By prior arrangement a grocery order can be made at The Village Store for collection by the landlord on your behalf prior to your arrival , or a supermarket delivery received prior to your arrival (same day). Please agree with the landlord that the delivery time is convenient prior to confirming your order with the supermarket. Charges may apply.

Arrival and car parking:

• One car parking space is allocated in the owners gated driveway next door to Seabank for the duration of your stay. There is free parking within a short distance from the property for additional vehicles, though additional vehicles may pull into driveway for unloading/loading on arrival and departure. (please advise the landlord prior to arrival).
• The pathway leading to the property from both gateways is smooth finish. 
• There is one step, approx. 7” from the main front gateway to the path: two steps approx. 6” each from the side gateway to the path: two steps approx. 7” each up the front door. There are no handrails. Outside light above the front door. Please note this property is situated in a residential area, and we request that you respect the neighbours and keeping noise to a minimum at night.

Inside:

• The front door opens into a smooth tiled hall and passageway. On the left, the doors opens in to the carpeted living area with a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa (velvet) being the focal point of the room, nest of tables, television with DVD player and remote controls, standard lamp
• A dining table divides the space between the sitting area and the kitchen containing floor and wall cupboards, oven with grill and cordless kettle
• Bedroom 1 – king size double has approx. 24” to the sides and end of the bed.
• Bedroom 2 – single has approx. 26” at the narrowest point between the bed and chest of drawers
• Bedroom 3 – twin or super kingsize has approx. 20” to the sides of the bed (wall side) when set up as 2 single, and approx. 36” at the end of the bed. The gap between the beds when set up as two single is approx. 6”
• Bedroom 3 could accommodate a small travel cot (not supplied), please confirm dimensions with landlord prior to booking.
• Television and DVD player have remote controls
• Bathroom with toilet is located upstairs. No support rails. Step approx. 5” to large shower. • Due to the original layout of the house being retained, there are sharp corner steps to the first landing, 2 steps lead off to the bathroom at the rear of the property and a further 4 steps to the roomy landing leading to the 3 bedroom

Outside:

• There are two gates to the patio area approx. 12’ x 18’ at the front of the property. Both operate by traditional latch only. The front gate opens onto road which leads to the carpark. Predominantly a single lane quiet road, during peak times the road gets busier. The front fence is approx. 20” in height and sits on a wide ledged wall approx. 10” high. Though enclosed, children should be supervised at all times
• 3 x 2seater benches and low level table 
• The beach is across the road from the property, there is a slight rocky incline to access the beach to the front of the property on foot level access within a few minutes in either direction. 
• A new children’s play area is less than a 5 minute’ walk away
