Seabank is situated in a prime position right on the beachfront in Llansteffan, Carmarthenshire. The property boasts some of the best coastal views in Llansteffan and the surrounding area. It provides the perfect place for those wanting a relaxing holiday or for the active explorers – a haven for walkers and cyclists, a beautiful and restful home to return.
Llansteffan is nestled beneath the walls of the imposing Norman castle, which commands impressive views across the village. These views take in the sandy beaches, including Scott’s Bay, up the Tywi Valley, across to Cefn Sidan, Worm’s Head on the Gower Peninsula and west towards Dylan Thomas’ Laugharne and beyond towards Pembrokeshire along the All Wales Coastal Path.
A stone’s throw from Seabank, you will find EV charging points, a children’s play area, ice cream cabin, Florrie’s Fish and Chips and the Beach Shop selling refreshments, snacks and beach goods, a tennis court, MUGA and playing field.
A 5-minute walk to the village centre will take you to The Village Stores and Croft Restaurant – groceries, daily baked on the premises bread, courtyard and outdoor seating. Two pubs, The Sticks and The Castle – standing side by side both serving meals and have beer gardens, an art gallery selling locally made crafts and St Ystyffan Church. Two miles to Llanybri, The Farmers Arms is the perfect place for Sunday lunch, eat-in, or takeaway.

Traditionally fenced and gated front patio with garden furniture (please note that BBQs are not permitted on the patio). The front (main) gate opens onto the road for foot access to the beach and surrounding area. One allocated parking space through gate on adjacent property’s driveway. For additional vehicles, free parking is available within approx. 50 meters.
