Special Offers

Pwllcrochan Cottage is ideal for those who want undisturbed peace and quiet with sea views in the glorious Pembrokeshire countryside. The cottage is situated 400 metres from the sea in its own 4 acre grounds which includes a small lake, on the beautiful North Pembrokeshire coast between Fishguard and St Davids.

The cottage is a traditional Welsh cottage which has been extensively renovated and sits above Pwllcrochan Bay, a quarter of a mile from the nearest house. Based less than 200 metres from the main Pembrokeshire Coast Path, you can walk for miles and miles experiencing some breathtaking views and discovering some of the best wildlife along the way.

Pwllcrochan Bay has an extremely private beach, access is down a rock face but there is a rope to help you and although at high tide the beach is covered, once the tide has dropped a beautiful sandy beach is exposed. For those perhaps not so brave there are a number of other coves and beaches in very close proximity.

Strumble Head is close by where you will find a lighthouse and a spectacular view. The nearest large town is Haverfordwest which makes a great day out mooching around the shops and stopping at a café for coffee and cake!

The cottage is surrounded by a large mainly contained garden. Beyond the garden, the grounds are a wildlife lovers’ delight and include a small lake overlooking the sea which attracts many water birds and insects.

Guided salmon, sea trout and wild brown trout fishing can be arranged.
