Neptune is a fantastic family cottage on the beachfront in Aberaeron. This exceptionally spacious 5 bedroomed property is set over two floors, with the living and dining spaces upstairs. Neptune cottage has stunning harbour and sea views from every window which helps to create incredible memories.
Aberaeron is a lovely Georgian harbour town, full of character with superb restaurants, delicatessens, cafes, and independent shops. Cardigan Bay is well-known for its wildlife, especially for their famous bottlenose dolphins, that you might get to witness from the comfort of the living room. However, there are many boat trips that can take you dolphin spotting to see the wonderful creatures closer up in their natural habitat.
Visit the local waterside restaurants and enjoy the entertainment of live music on the weekends. Wanting to explore Aberaeron on foot, talk a lovely river side stroll along the Afon Aeron, the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful riverside scenery.
An ideal base from which to explore all that Cardigan Bay has to offer. Only a short drive from Neptune cottage, you can find the neighbouring seaside town, New Quay. Or if you are looking for an adventurous day out with the family, Adventure Beyond is an outdoor company that provides a variety of activities such as canoeing, white-water tubing, coasteering and even hill walking.

Neptune has a large enclosed rear garden with beach stone patio with 4 steps up to a large, level lawn. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Further free parking can be found to the left in front of a row of 4 houses. The car park to the right is a pay and display. Aberaeron is having some sea defence work done over the course of 2024. The schedule of works isn’t clear but it may be that the beach will not be accessible as they are re-doing the groynes, the town will be fully open throughout and of course, all other beaches within easy reach will be too.
