Naturesbase Lodge combines adventure and nature to offer the ultimate get-together for large groups. An ideal chance to connect with the environment, relax in beautiful surroundings and create special memories. Surrounded by nine acres of tranquil flower-rich meadows, farmland, and woodland, a meandering stream and hedgerows bursting with life year-round. Admire the buzzards and kites wheeling overhead in the daytime, or the stunning dark skies full of stars at night.
Naturesbase Lodge – sleeping anywhere up to 34 people in double and bunk rooms – is home to plenty of experiences for all, whether you choose to explore the hill fort, children’s trim trail and games field, build dens in the woodland, pet the sheep or play in the streams; or you’d prefer a more organised activity like a family bushcraft session or to unwind completely with a spot of reflexology, as offered by the owners. A holiday isn’t complete without a treat or two, and a tasty pizza cooked in the wood-fired pizza oven is the perfect thing to tuck into before you spend the evening around the campfire gazing at the stars, sharing stories and the occasional glass of wine.
Located between the Cambrian Mountains and Cardigan Bay, two fantastic areas full of exciting places to visit, there’s plenty to ensure you have an action-packed stay. Perfect for groups, clubs and large family get-togethers, this is a great place to celebrate a special occasion.
Less than six miles away is the charming Georgian town of Aberaeron, home to colourful houses, the wonderful harbour, the magnificent Ceredigion Coast Path, and several places to eat, including fish and chips on the harbour wall and the chance to try the famous honey ice cream at The Hive!
