Min y Mor Bach is a comfortable and spacious cottage full of character and charm. The cottage features a farmhouse style kitchen and beautiful stone fireplace with a supply of logs and coal provided.

It is tucked away in a very quiet location but only moments from the sea and a short walk to Newport which is well known for its eating places – cafes, pubs and fine dining restaurants. The town also has various local shops including a convenience store, post office, butcher, wholefood shop and a hardware store.

The cottage is ideally situated to make the most of the local area and the fantastic opportunities presented in this beautiful part of the country. The popular beach at Newport Sands is close by and Min y Mor Bach is virtually on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which provides miles of magnificent walking with a dedicated bus service.

Newport also nestles below the Preseli Hills where you can ramble for miles. Newport Links golf course is 2 miles away and the River Nevern is a well-known river for sewin (sea trout) and salmon. The boat club is a 3 minute walk away and a public tennis court is within a short stroll.

Narberth, Solva, Fishguard and St Davids are within a short drive and many of Pembrokeshire’s family attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park and Folly Farm are within easy reach.

Min y Mor Bach sleeps 6 in three bedrooms on the first floor: 1 king size, 1 twin and 1 bunk room. All are south facing with lovely views.

Kitchen: 2-oven AGA, gas hob, microwave oven, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, recessed Belfast sink, ample work surfaces, large farmhouse table seating 6, cottage sofa
Utility room: sink, washing machine, ample space for coats and muddy boots, downstairs WC, walk-in shower

OUTSIDE
Accessed view French doors onto terrace with views across fields to the Preseli Hills. Large garden table and chairs and barbecue are provided. Gravel drive, with ample parking. Garden is gated and enclosed with stone walls and a Pembrokeshire bank, and includes large lawn, mature flower beds and apple trees. Please note behind the western wall is a small stream.
