Just 10 minutes from Llangrannog, Maes-y-Bryn is a traditional stone-built West Wales farmhouse with bags of character, full of original features coupled with home comforts. Fully renovated, it offers full-oil central heating, a large double shower, a log burner and a 6-person Hot tub.

Set by the Cardigan Bay A487 coast road, Maes-y-Bryn is ideal for families looking for a central base to visit the many attractions of Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Being close to the coast, some of the area’s best sandy beaches are only minutes away.

Local attractions include the picturesque fishing village of New Quay (15 minutes), famous for its dolphin spotting. Further north up the coast is the culinary appealing Aberaeron (20 minutes), known for its fish festival and good eateries. Near Aberaeron is the stunning National Trust Llanerchaeron Estate and Farm. Back down the south coast, you can enjoy a swim in the beautiful and legendary cove of Llangrannog (10 minutes).

There are plenty of options when it comes to outdoor activities nearby, such as horse riding, golf, dry slope skiing, fishing, cycling trails, and go-carting. Enjoy the breathtaking views as you walk along the coastal path, or try your hand at paddle-boarding and kayaking in New Quay.

OUTSIDE
Medium to large garden with picnic table BBQ and a 6-person hot tub. Level lawn for playing games. Trees and fields surround two sides of the garden. The property is fenced. The driveway level tarmac has parking for 2 – 3 cars. Small shed attached to the house for secure storage of bikes and sports equipment.
