Special Offers

Golwg y Cwm is set within the small hamlet of Cilrhedyn. The cottage has a charming character with an open-plan living room which follows onto the dining room and kitchen, overlooking the farm.

Golwg y Cwm translates to Valley View, which is fitting given the superb picture postcard views down along the wooded valley – a sight which can be enjoyed with your feet up from the living room or sat on the terrace, where you can also watch the red kites circling effortlessly. It is also the perfect spot for an al fresco barbecue with a glass of wine watching the sunset.

Set along the sublime North Pembrokeshire coastline, continue to Poppit Sands, the perfect beach for children to enjoy building sandcastles or swimming while the adults rest and sunbathe. The award-winning National Trust beach at Mwnt, plus Aberporth and New Quay, are all a small drive away and are a must-see!

The cottage is a short distance to the market town of Newcastle Emlyn, where the River Teifi meanders elegantly. Here you’ll find a plethora of eclectic shops, cafés, antique centres and galleries, as well as a 13th-century ruined castle with commanding views over the Teifi Valley. The busy historic town of Cardigan is approximately 12 miles away, where you can find larger shops, tea rooms, a theatre, and much more! This ancient town sits on the estuary of the River Teifi and has a thriving culture of arts and crafts, events and music festivals.
