Dorinda Cottage is one of three privately located cottages in the valley that offers the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. Dine alfresco in the outdoor seating area and cook up a delicious meal on the BBQ, or curl up by the warm wood-burning fire for a cozy evening in. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the charming market town of Newcastle Emlyn, with its historic castle, pubs, shops, and restaurants. The National Wool Museum in Drefach Felindre is 5 miles away, offering many cultural and historical insights.
There is a friendly local pub, Plas Parke and a well-stocked small supermarket in Pentre Cwrt. As you explore the surrounding woodland and farmland, watch for the diverse wildlife, including buzzards, herons, kingfishers, badgers, and otters. And when you’re ready for a day at the beach, the lovely beaches of Cardigan Bay are just a half-hour drive away.

Garden table and chairs to the front with barbecue available. The owners of Dorinda have a fly fishing lake stocked with rainbow trout and brown trout. Fish caught in the lake are charged at £8.00 per fish. Salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Teifi can be arranged.
