Cwtsh Mawr is a lovely home situated in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac within easy walking distance of Newcastle Emlyn. This home from home provides a welcoming base in a great location, ideal for exploring everything West Wales offers. The bedrooms benefit from Teifi Valley and garden views, and there’s also a study, which is ideal if you’re looking for a workcation, or just want a few minutes quiet to play games or read.
The large enclosed rear garden is perfect for dining al fresco, and the small shallow wildlife pond is fascinating to watch. The lockable shed provides peace of mind if you bring bicycles or water sports equipment. Newcastle Emlyn is home to an array of shops, cafes and bars, as well as the ruins of its castle, which overlooks the River Teifi. With many scenic walks nearby, and only eight miles to the gorgeous beaches of Cardigan Bay, Cwtsh Mawr offers the chance to experience both the coast and countryside.
You will be sent a comprehensive e-welcome guide to help you plan and make the most of your holiday. With so many beaches nearby, you could visit a different one every day of your holiday. The village of Aberporth is home to two beautiful sandy beaches, and you could walk along the coast path to Tresaith, Penbryn, Llangrannog or Mwnt. Slightly further away, you’ll find New Quay, where you can enjoy a dolphin spotting boat trip, as well as the colourful Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron.
