Llangrannog has a great mix of tranquility and adventure. Whether you crave a relaxing retreat or an exhilarating outdoor experience, there is something for everyone. The two sandy beaches are perfect for water sports, swimming and paddling and walkers have easy access to Ceredigion Coast Path with its miles of scenic walks where you can sometimes see dolphins and seals in the bay.

Study/5^th Bedroom: study space with desk, work lamp, optional single futon, hanging rail
Bathroom: roll top bath, electric shower, wash basin, WC. The bathroom has both internal and an external door for quick access to the shower after a day on the beach.

OUTSIDE
The elevated patio, with secure fencing and walls, features a spacious dining area and BBQ. The upper sun terrace has a bench and chairs, where you can unwind and savour the spectacular scenery. 2 small courtyards with sea views and seating at the front. At the back of the house, you’ll find a convenient warm shower perfect for rinsing off sandy feet or paws, ensuring everyone can enjoy the beach without any hassle. BBQ supplied, please bring your own charcoal and leave it clean. Private off-road Parking for 2 medium cars or one large vehicle, with EV charging (payable through app).

Please note: Location and age of property mean there are a few quirky steps so house may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues
