2 West Hill

Pre arrival

• 2 West Hill is situated on a small estate with access via the Lower Lamphey Road, a turn off from the main A4139 coastal road.
• There is a bus stop and train station in the village providing public transport to the majority of South Pembrokeshire
• There is also a petrol station and mini market in the village
• For large grocery shops there is a Tesco, Asda, Lidl and Aldi all situated in Pembroke Dock, about 3 miles from the property. Grocery deliveries are available from some stores.
• There is a telephone line at the property, but this is only for the internet. However, most mobile networks have good 4G reception.
• Smoking inside the property is not permitted – there are 2 battery-operated smoke alarms, one in the kitchen and one in the hallway.

Arrival and car parking

• The driveway can accommodate 2 cars with on road parking available for more vehicles if necessary.

Inside

• There is level access through the main front door which has two small steps to the entrance to the bungalow.
• The ground floor is all on one level
• From the hallway, there is direct level access to the lounge/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and all three bedrooms
• The whole of the house has laminate wooden flooring, except the bedrooms which are carpet.
• The oven and grill are set below the halogen hob with the microwave positioned on a countertop and there is also a freestanding tall fridge freezer
• All electrical sockets are at the standard height and the TV and DVD player have remote controls
• There is good natural and artificial light in all rooms.
• The bathroom has wooden floor and the majority of it is ceramic tiled
• Although bath mats are provided care needs to be taken when the floor is wet
• The bathroom contains a WC, basin and large shower cubicle with an electric shower
• There are also two mirrors and a towel rail situated over a radiator.

Outside

• There is also direct access to the garden, via the side gate, which allows access to the dining area through a sliding patio door or the kitchen
• These entrances are from the decking area which is accessible by 4 small steps. Please note that the decking may be slippery when wet.
• Outside there is a patio area with gas BBQ and patio furniture available as well as a decking area accessible from the kitchen and dining room
• A small step leads to the lawned garden with washing line
• Fencing encloses the garden, however, young children will need supervision when they play in the garden or the local village playing field which has a children’s play area.
