Pine Cottage is a cosy cottage with sea views and is ideal for families and couples at any time of year. The cottage is just 10 minutes walk from the lovely Pembrokeshire coastal path and Little Haven village and its beach. Full of character, it is luxuriously furnished and equipped to a very high standard, with air source central heating providing an environmentally friendly heat source.
Pine Cottage has been given the Walkers Welcome award by Visit Wales. It is one of 10 traditionally built stone cottages nestled in a wooded valley above the picturesque fishing village of Little Haven, with stunning views over St Bride’s Bay.
Little Haven is a charming village and has three welcoming pubs, a post office/tea room, a pottery/craft shop/workshop, and galleries with local artists’ work. It also boasts a slip-way, with sailing playing an important part in village life. The next village of Broad Haven provides water sports enthusiasts with plenty to choose from, including surfing, windsurfing, kite boarding and sea kayaking.

Bedroom 1: twin room with limited headroom, located in the galleried ‘Crog loft’ above the sitting room accessed via the stairs
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 2: large ground floor double room with stunning views over St Bride’s Bay and French doors opening onto a grassy area in front of the cottage
Bedroom 3: large ground floor twin room leading off the sitting room
Bathroom: bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin
Living room: with exposed beams and a vaulted ceiling, Digital TV, DVD player, Stereo and CD system, and a selection of books and DVDs
Kitchen: electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine, large fridge/freezer
Conservatory/dining area: dining table and chairs for 6
Good size fully enclosed level garden with seating, backing onto open fields. 1 designated parking space in front of the property and additional parking available adjacent to the property.
