Full of character with low beamed ceilings and traditional features melded with chic modern bathrooms, sumptuous beds and a beautiful location, Penrhiw is a great place to relax with family and friends.

A 150-year-old traditional Pembrokeshire stone cottage, Penrhiw has been extended to sleep 11 in 5 bedrooms, has 2 separate lounges, 3 full bathrooms and has a large well equipped farmhouse kitchen complete with enormous farmhouse table that seats 10. The perfect place to enjoy leisurely family meals cooked on the large Range cooker. There is seating for an additional 6 in the cosy dining room adjacent.

Outside you’ll find a delightful country garden with a large flat lawn, shady trees, a fabulous barbecue seating area overlooking the valley with picnic benches to seat 16 and a 6 person hot tub set to get the best of the evening sunshine. There's plenty of off-street parking and step-free access to the rear door.

Close to Newgale beach, one of 11 blue flag beaches in Pembrokeshire, Solva harbour and St Davids, Penrhiw is ideally located to explore Pembrokeshire’s wonderful coast and countryside. Locally there is horse riding in Nolton, Trout fishing in Hayscastle and a host of walks and paths for you to explore.

At the end of a long day beachcombing, exploring, walking, climbing, surfing or whatever takes your fancy come home to Penrhiw and relax in the hot tub, have a barbecue on the fabulous seating area, take in the wonderful views over the valley or settle back in front of the TV to watch a film or your favourite programme streamed for free from Netflix or Amazon Prime.

All the TVs are internet-connected with free Netflix and Amazon Prime and have Chromecast. In each room, there is a voice-activated Google Home Mini with free Spotify Premium and Bluetooth allowing you to stream from your device.


Penrhiw sleeps 11 in 5 bedrooms: 2 king size and 3 twins. The twin bedrooms can be set up with double beds if preferred allowing Penrhiw to offer anything from 2 double + 7 singles to 5 double + 1 single. Some of the accommodation is on the ground floor so may suit guests with restricted mobility.
