• The initial approach to the property is via a public road. There is car parking facilities at the front of the property on a shingle driveway with enough room to park two cars.

• If assistance is required with luggage, then this can be arranged by contacting the owners of the property prior to your arrival.

• It must be pointed out, that there are three 9” stepsleading from the front driveway onto the main path (3’ wide and inclined) which leads to the rear of the property. Access to the property would be difficult for a wheelchair user.

• The garden of the property is lawned and on a slight incline.

• Ground floor facilities consisting of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom with a shower, Jacuzzi bath, WHB and WC. Access is gained to the front balcony via the ground floor. There is an additional bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. There is no lift in situ at the property.

• The kitchen has extensive worktops but not all electrical items are at a low level.

• The conservatory is off the kitchen area with a dining and seating area.

• The front balcony is split level and the Jacuzzi is on the lower level (three steps lead to the lower level of the balcony)

• None of the rooms are adapted for wheelchair users.

• Internally, the property is well lit with both natural and artificial lighting.

• There is external lighting at various points on the exterior of the building.

• There is no telephone in the property.

• The property is situated beside a bus route which leads to a variety of destinations (for additional information– please contact the owner)

• Guide dogs are welcome at the property.
